User Accounts

I want to set up a user account. I do not want this
account to be able to see other programs or files on the
their log on screen. Only the ability to access the
internet and create documents for writing projects.
Otherwise no other access.

Any suggestions on how to go about doing this?

Set the Account up as a 'Limited User' via Control Panel>User Accounts.
