user accounts

I ahve xp home ed. and i am trying to set up a limited
account but everytime i do the limited account has full
acces to all of my documents and can delete them. they
can also remove programs and stuff of that nature on my
computer. In the description it says that this is not
supposed to be happening but it is. Can anyone help me
please.

What file system are you using? It sounds like your drive is formatted
FAT32. It needs to be NTFS to take advantage of the controls that you
mention.

Start——>All Programs——>Accessories——>Command Prompt
Type
convert C: /FS:NTFS
