User accounts??

I'm having a problem when I logoff my windows XP box. I am the only user of
the system but sometimes I logoff to clear a program that does not close
properly.

The problem is that when I logoff or switch users the only account I can
login on is the administrator account.

I checked the Documents and Settings folder and noticed that I have the
following subfolders:

Administrator
Administrator.HOME
All Users
Default User
Fred (my account name) - windows automatically logs into this by default
with the windows startup.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

By Default Windows creates an All Users / Default User folder. Being that you logon as you it created that folder. If you have ever at any time loged on as Administrator it will create a folder called Administrator. The Administrator.home is a little weird but I have seen that type of account on our network here at work that has .(DOMAIN NAME). I would think for some reason when you loged on as administrator at one time it wanted to create a new account folder. So I think you are probably using that one (.HOME). You can remove the administrator folder by deleting them and when you log on the next time it will create a new one. But if you have any files under my documents or favorates or anything on your desktop save them somewhere else then del

I hope this help
