User Accounts

I installed additional programs to my new laptop using the Administrator
account. Then I added two User accounts as recommended. But, the new
programs I installed do not appear in the User account listing of programs.
How can I share them with the User accounts? What is the proper procedure
in the future? Thanks in advance.
 
Are you sure there were options during installation to allow other accounts
to also have access to the software programs too? My suggestion would be to
re-run setup again.
