User Accounts

I have tried MANY times to set up a guest user account. Really don't have a
problem with that. But after getting everything set up, I am unable to use
any Microsoft Office programs -- I get an installation wizard every time.
I've updated by installation version (according to other help info) but that
hasn't changed anything.

Is there anyone out ther that can help me?
