User Accounts

Hi
I;m having problems loading one of my user accounts. Currently i have 2
users on my laptop and one loads fone whilst the other is refusing to load.
It logs in then all activity ends.

Any help muchly appreciated

Hi Christian,

Log onto an User ID that is the Computer Administrator Account. Create a
new User Account to replace the one that isn't working. Next log into the
new User Account. Next using Explore, copy the User's Documents into the new
User ID's Documents. Favorites should be copied. The User ID's Address Book
should be imported to the new Address Book. Do not copy the Address Book
over.

The Briefcase folder contents should be sent to a new Briefcase. Don't
move the Briefcase, because the Briefcase is a special folder, which might
be corrupt also. Just copy the files inside.

Once done, delete the corrupt User ID's Identitiy, through User
Accounts, then go into User Profiles and from there delete the files and
folders of the corrupt User.
