Set up a user admistrator and limited account and MSN user e-mail addresses.
All addresses were accessable on both accounts. Then a problem arose with
Norton and blocked signing in on limited account. Fixed that. Then found out
on the admistrator account that the uses dissappeared and the buterfly
immediately open Msn.? Normal??

yes that is normal cause that is what happened to me when i did that. Maybe
you can help me now. I am on the setting that is the Computer admistrator but
when i went to change another account to be a Computer Admistrator it kept
telling me that permission was denied. Do you know whats wrong or how I could
fix this?

Not an expert but permission is denied if you are signed on as a limited acc.
and try to delete an administrator.You must be an administrator to change an
account to administrator. There must always be one administrator. Sounds like
you should be able to do it. Try signing on with the other account and do the
same. Tom
