user accounts

ok i have 2 user accounts on this computer, they are both administrators but
for some reason things are reconizing the active account as a administrator
like when i tried to install the 6.5 catalyst for my ati card it said it
needed to be in administrator mode to install or in battlefield2 blocked O/S
privliages because its not administrator
could anyone help?

Something has changed on my sign on screen. It could be one of the new
updates from XP. When I leave my maching for a time, the full blue screen
comes on with user account. I have to click on the icon to get back to where
i was, and then I get the box that says I have been idle. I have to click
onthat before I can get back to where I was. Is there some way to get rid of
those to steps?
