I have a user account that i really need to delete.
Everytime that i try to the program goes to not responding
and sends an error report w/o deleting the account.
 
Without knowing what program it is, you can try booting to Safe Mode and
deleting the User account (press F8 @ startup and select Safe Mode). It is
likely a program that is loading @ start up for all users, that was
installed under that account.
