User Accounts - Welcome Screen

I just purchased a laptop with Windows XP Pro Installed. When I booted the
machine, it only had a "Guest" Account available to log on. How can I create
an adminstrator account if I only have Guest access??? Please help me....
I'm stuck!

Hi RJ,

Access the built-in Administrator account by booting into Safe Mode
(start/restart your computer and keep tapping the F8 key until the Windows
Advanced Options menu appears.......from this menu, select Safe Mode). Once
logged in as Administrator in Safe Mode, create an account with
Administrator privileges.
