User accounts and restricting access

All,

I am running XP Pro with 3 accounts on it. 2 Accounts are limited
accounts. I wish to be able to restrict the users of these accounts in what
they do, what commands are available to them, what they can download, view
on the pc, etc. I wish to restrict these 2 accounts in different ways
though.

Is it possible to do this, if so how?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Add the users to only the 'USERS' group and then use local security policies
to enforce restrictions on that group. If you wish to limit them as to what
they can view/can't view, change NTFS permissions on files and folders, etc.
There is lots of related information avaialble on the net from hundreds of
places, just hit google and you'll find a ton! Cheers.
