User account

Hi,
is it possible to make user accounts with different program permissions?

Example:
User account No. 1 should only give you pemission two use Excel.
User account No. 2 should only give you pemission two use Photo Shop
and so on...

A way around it is you can give permission to the exe's or the folder

In COMPUTER MANAGEMENT you can create groups & set the permissions on that folder/exe to
that group, administrator & system

Assign the user to that group & you're away
