User Account

I accidently deleted my Win XP user account and now cant
access Word files etc that were attached to my User
Account.

Can anyone tell me how I can recover that access?

Create another User with Admin rights and take ownership of the files - if
they are still there. Did you save the User documents during the delete
process?
