User account unavailable in control panel ?

Hello

I have an operating WinXPE image - but
When I open the control panel, the 'User Accounts' icon is there but
unavailable when double clicked.
How can I make the user account available ?
Or how can I otherwise set-up user accounts ?

Easiest way - include "Administration Support Tools" component.
Also read related threads:

Or how can I otherwise set-up user accounts ?

Either add and set up "User Account" component(s) to the Configuration.

Or use command likes "net group /add" etc.
Or use console user manager tool (cusrmgr.exe) from Resource Kit (very powerfull tool).

I assumed that "Users Control Panel" component was included. But please double-check.

If you just open mmc console, are you able to add and use "Local Users and Groups" snap-in?
Also, check if MSXML 3.1component is included.
