User account problem

Is there a way to disable all this account stuff? We only
work with 1 account so it is pretty lame that we always
need to klik "OK" at the startup...

If you mean can you auto logon to your user account, then yes you can do
that. (you cannot get rid of users all together though)
Start, run, type in: control userpasswords2, hit enter.

Uncheck: users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.

Xp will then ask you to enter the user and password you want to auto-logon
to.
Or
Download and install tweakui for xp and use its auto-logon feature.
