User Account Pictures - Where Are They Located?

Can anyone tell me where are the pictures that one can assign to user
accounts located, and what type of file are they?

Hello Boris,

You will find them here:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures

They are in .bmp format.
