User Account on Windows XP Home Edition

I have recently down loaded a number of Microsoft updates
together with a software tool for extracting the recent
WelchaB Virus.Initially this action appeared to have been
successful.However I now findthe User Accounts function
within the Control Panel. All other functions within the
Control Panel operate OK.Any one out there with any idea
on how to get User Accounts working again?

Take your time when composing your message and give some details about what
you are seeing. Just stating that "However I now findthe User Accounts
function within the Control Panel" does not give a lot to go on.
