User Account new email notification on welcome screen

Hi,

New to XP and upgraded from outlook express to outlook xp that is tied to my
internet email. I used to get notifications on welcome screen when i had new
messages but now i do not. Is there someway to do this in outlook xp?

Sign in as an Administrator, and open Control Panel User Accounts applet,
highlight an account, click "Change my .NET Passport" on 'related tasks',
see 'manage my network password' edit the list in that dialog.
