user account doesnt like pestscan

Hi- I was removing spyware cookies manually from each of
the five user accounts on my XP home edition desktop.
Each time I would run the pestscan and make sure that the
cookies were being removed. On one user account, though,
while logged on to the pestscan web site, the microsoft
error report came on saying that there was an error and
needed to close and if I wanted to send the report. this
happened several times so I just gave up. I could not
think of what was causing this ONE user account to not be
able to stay on the pestscan website and procede with the
scan while all the others did-All have administative
priv. any help wil help. thnx

You should contact Pestscan tech support as this is an issue with their
software.
