User Account Deletion

For some reason I cannot delete the second administrator
user account I setup on my computer. I have made sure
that that account is logged off, then logged on as
Administrator and selected User Accounts in the Control
Panel. When I choose to make changes, Delete Account is
not an option on the page. What should I do?

Maybe try to log on with the account you want to delete,
then try to delete it.

Are you sure that it is the "second" admin account
and not the built-in Administrator account renamed ?
The built-in adm account cannot be removed.
