Used me. code in the after update, getting error when adding contr

Help!!!

I've used the Me. code in the after update to pull up records based on what
I choose in a combo box.

That worked fine!

Now, when I go to add command buttons to the form, I save it, close it, and
when I use the combo box it comes up with an error saying that it doesn't
support the Event [after update], something like that.

Do I need to add command buttons a different way now?
