use tab inside a textbox

How can I tab inside a textbox without going to the next control? Or
is it beter just to use a Rich Textbox to format?

The Tab character will not work in any standard Access control. You would
have to use an RTF control.
 
If I use a RTF control (Microsoft Rich Textbox Control 6.0 (SP4), will
my reports display the same way as in my Form?

There are many "issues" with using RTF controls in reports. I would do a
Google search on the topic as the issues vary depending on which control
you use. They don't support growing and shrinking the way normal controls
do for example.
