Use RANK() in access forms or report

Help help help, I'm stuck. Emergency rescue me.

I'm in the middle of making a database using Access. I
cannot create a report or form listing data and also
ranking each record without any sorting. Excel has that
nice command called rank() but there is no way to use that
in Access and I need to do everything using Access. Please
help.

I mean something like:
NAME WORK1 POS WORK2 POS
---------------------------------------------
Sue 51 2 77 1
Joe 44 3 69 2
howren 60 1 40 3

How can I do that in Access? Can I somehow pass the data
into excel or something? It has to be a proper click
button system like a normal DBMS instead of manual copy
between excel and access.

Send the method asap to (e-mail address removed) THANKS and
Merry Christmas!
