Use ranges (in increments) to enter numbers into a table without .

My goal is to prompt users to enter in their Beacon (credit) score and BNI
Score and Access will query the table and generate the correct interest rate.
But I'm having trouble with the large range of numbers. I need a column for
the Beacon score with a possibility between 800 -600 points and a row for BNI
score between 600-200 points in order to calculate an interest rate. With the
many variables and possible combinations, Is there a way to enter ranges of
numbers in the columns instead of having to enter in each individual possible
combination to generate the correct interest rate in the matrix?
