Use Outlook 2003 to connect to an LDAP AddressBook server over SSL

I can get this configuration to work when not using SSL.

I can connect to my LDAP server over SSL when using a 3rd party utility.

I believe the issue is that when connecting to the server over SSL via
programs besides Outlook 2003, I am prompted to accept the certificte.

From within Outlook 2003, I do not receive this prompt. Is there a way to
either enable the prompting of a security setting that will auto-accept the
certificate for use by OutLook.
