Use other delimiter for a file in Excel

Hi, I need to use the "|" as a delimiter of a file created en Excel, bu
when I tried to save it, only lets me save it like "separated wit
tabs", "separated with comas", "separated with spaces", but doesn´t le
me choose the separator I want, could you tell what to do?

Temporarily change the regional setting in the windows control panel from
comma to |
then save the file as csv
