use of stationary

My first post - My OS is WinXP. I have two profiles (A & B) configured using
Outlook 2003; both work fine. I used a stationary for one of the profiles
(A); works good, sending/receiving, etc..
When I swich to the other profile (B), by logging out, then log back in, the
stationary "travelled" and appeared on this profile which I didn't want.
I can remove the stationary w no problem but then it's also removed on the
first profile. I am the owner of both accounts. Apologies if not enough
information.
Your answers, time and efforts appreciated.Tks. .

Stationery use is specific to the current Windows user, not to a particular mail profile.
