Use of Comment in a document

I see that you can tag an item and apply a comment.

Is there a way to tag more than one item and apply a
comment to the whole group?

Never mind.

I see that when a group is selected, a left and right
bracket enclose the text with one comment. That is what
I wanted to know.

Thanks to my self...:)
