Use of a Key line

I have over 300 test policies that require calculations (expected results).
I have developed a "key" line that will produce the correct results. This
"key" is in the exact format as the input for all the test policies (which
has approximately 15 columns of input data). I'm not sure what is the best
way to run all 300 policies through this key and print the results. I think
that a macro would be one solution, but I'm relatively new with macros
(although I'm easily trainable), but would a macro be the best solution. If
so, is there an example (of a macro) that could be provided that would copy
the data to the Key and print the result.

Thanks in advance for any help that could be provided.

is there an example (of a macro) that could be provided that would copy
the data to the Key and print the result.

Can you give us an example of the :

data
the "key"
and the desired results.

Example:
Data: john walsh
Key: Proper case
Result: John Walsh

Also, Where is the Data (range, or Named Range) and where do you want the
results stored? or do you just want the results printed?

You can use something like:

Dim oCell as Range
Dim i as Integer

i=1
For each oCell in MyListA
Range("MyListB")(i)=Application.WorksheetFunction.Proper(oCell.Value)
i=i+1
Next oCell
Range("MyListB").Select

'Then print the selection

Example of the data (on tab "All Test conditions")
Policy number 10 digits column B
Product type Column C
State column D
Gender column E
Age column F
Amount 1 column G
Benefit 1 column H
Benefit 2 column I
Benefit 3 column J

These fields are referenced in (tab Key) (on one line) from which all
expected results can be generated (found in tab Output)

Without seeing your workbook I couldn't help you.
Woodys lounge (Excel forum) allows you to attach
as small sample of a workbook (with proprietary
and personal data deleted or modified) so other
participants can see what you are trying to do
and review your code for suggestions.

You might try posting there with a small wbk:
