use ms word as mail editor & send will show me Unspecified Error

As usual, I use microsoft word as mail editor, but today i want to send it
wont allow me to send and appear an error message 'Unspecified Error'.

If I use the background stationary it appear another message 'Interface not
registered'. My outlook is Xp version

Try this: click Start>Run and enter "regsvr32.exe ole32.dll" (without the
quotes) and click OK.
