usbscan.sys

I am trying to load my new scanner, and I am getting an erroe message stating
I'm missing usbscan.sys and to insert CD 2. I do not have that cd, since I
bought an emachines and they do not give you anything other than a reboot
disk (fyi - do not buy emachines!!) I have read other threads, and other
than ordering the disk from Microsoft (which takes 4-6 weeks to arrive) does
anyone have any suggestions???

Did you install the Scanner software? I suspect that file is on that
CD. When prompted, insert that CD and see if there's an option to
browse the CD for the file.
