USB2.0 not recognized

I've recently had to reinstall this fine O/S....i've done
all the updates, including, obviously SP1, but my usb 2.0
ports still are only registering as 1.1 . When I plug
any 2.0 compliant device in, it gives me a message that
I"ve plugged a usb 2.0 device into a non high speed
port. I've uninstalled the usb mass controller from the
device manager and rebooted several times to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
 
Never mind,, I fixed it. I had to reinstall Drivers for
the Enhanced hub. NOt a biggie.
