USB webcam BIG uninstallation problems

while back but i did it wrong and it comes up with errors if i try to install
it so i tryed to uninstall it but it came up with another error :S

Is there a way to just wipe this completely from my laptop because im trying
to install my memory stick but it says that something is already installing!

i dont really care if i cant use the webcam again i just want it gone.
In the device manager it says:
"This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)"

What happens if you try to uninstall the camera from device manager?
Where do you see "error :S" ?

When i try to uninstall it, it come up with a message:
