USB Ports

Can anyone tell me how to find out if I have a USB Port Version 1.0 or 2.0?

I need 2.0, is there anything I can do to update the ones I have or can I
install new ones in my existing computer.

Any help is appreciated.

If you do not have USB 2.0 ports, you can buy a separate USB 2.0 PCI card and install it on your
system on an empty PCI slot.
