I have problem with usb pen drives. They assigning a drive letter H. And on
my network we use that as a home folder for the users. How can I make or
force the usb pen to assign another letter like q or something?

Use Disk Management (DISKMGMT.MSC) to assign the pen drive a different drive
letter.

Sorry - that is the easy way. Once it's done once, it's done forever.
