USB Key drive remove, no right click eject.

We would like to encourage our user base to purchase key
drives for file storage. However, for security purposes
we do not allow our public lab users to right click on
icons (group policies). If we did, none of our icons
would ever work because it's fun for them to play around
with settings. Does anyone have a suggestion how we can
allow our users to insert and remove a USB key drive
without them having access to the right click menu
command "eject"? Thanks.

I did some reading on removing USB devices
without "ejecting" them from the system. The only way
the device could be 'hurt' is if it is in the middle of
doing i/o, like writing to the drive or reading. Other
than that, the drives can be removed safely, and the user
can ignore the message they removed it improperly.

An alternative is that they can double click the "Remove
hardware safely" icon and click to stop the device.
