I have a newer Dell running Windows XP Pro with SP2. Whenever I plug in my
Sony memory stick reader, or Jump drive, or video camera they show up on the
bottom as a device that can be removed, but they never show up under "My
Computer". So I can't use any of these devices. They do work on my other
computers though?
Thanks

Go to Disk management and check the letter assignment.(Help and Support,
Disk Management) If the drive letters are correct you, may need to
"unhide" those letters in TweakUI.

After you open My Computer, press F5 to refresh the view.

Google for Windows XP PowerToys, TweakUI is listed on the
page. It will be a Microsoft.com URL.
