USB Host Controller

Hi:

I have recently installed Windows XP Home Edition on an
old system with an AOpen AX6LC motherboard. When I
installed XP the USB ports stopped working. In device
manager under Universal Serial Bus controllers there is a
yellow exclamation point beside of Intel® 82371 AB/EB PCI
to USB Universal Host Controller. Under properties
device status it says this device cannot start (Code 10).

I have tried downloading drivers for this device from the
Windows update site, Driverguide, and Aopen. No driver
seems to work. Does anyone know of a work around for
this USB controller? Despite being an old PC it's used
on a wireless network with a USB adapter so correcting
this problem "is important".

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
