USB hard drive reboots computer

Thanks, but that's not it. I checked all of my BIOS
settings and don't find anything unusual. The system
restarts even after I have fully booted and am in
Windows, if I turn on the drive after booting.

After reviewing the problem, I mis-stated that it doesn't
get to the Windows logo during boot. It actually gets
past the Windows logo, but does not get to the logon
screen.

The hard drive is an ACOM DATA 60GB USB 2.0 drive.

Any other ideas?

Bill, is that additional drive putting a stress on the Power Supply? What
wattage rating and how old is it?
