Download HP format file - works for any Pen drive http://h18000.www1.hp.com/support/files/serveroptions/us/download/20306.html Download Win98se http://bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm install it to a Floppy drive. Run the HP utility to format the disk, for an OS, point it to the Win98 Floppy. The USB will boot into a dos window. If you don't edit the .bat files just CTL-C to break out of the startup if you get warnings.
