The user account you are trying to use to install the driver for the USB
flash drive does not have enough privileges in order to do so. You must sign
onto the PC as the adminstrator to install the USB device, or grant poweruser
group membership to the user in question (when signed on as the
administrator) so that the user can install.

You should see the appropriate options for group memberships and privileges
from "Start > Settings > Control Panel > Users"

Ok, I was succesfull installing the driver under admin account, but I need to
do it as user. User travels a lot and therefore there is no option of me
logging in everytime he needs new drive to be instaled. And I dont want to
give user the admin privileges (company policy) and to grant him to poweruser
group would be solution, but how to do it in Windows XP HOME edition?

Most USB drives always require XP Adminstrator user access to access
the Registry, Windows directory and other settings.
