USB drivers

I have a Tungsten e palm and it will not hotsysnc. The Palm one Support said
I need to install the proper USB drivers. I have a Windows xp home addition
comp. Is there a place to download the driver on this site?
 
Drivers for your USB ports will be available from your PC manufacturers
website. If your PC was home built then you will need to visit the website of
either your Motherboard or USB PCI board manufacturer for the drivers.
