USB drive letter

I just got a new USB drive. My old one always was "Y:" when plugged
in, but I forgot how I got it there. My new one is elsewhere,
breaking my .bat files and shortcuts.

How do I rename the new drive to Y:?

Computer Management -> Disk Management -> Right Click on USB-Device ->
Change Drive Letter and ...
