I've Asus P4SDX mainboard. I want to use my USB ports. DO you know how can I
turn on them?

On just about all boards I've seen, you have an option to enable or disable
onboard usb in the bios.
Usually under the "Integrated Peripherals" menu or simmilar.

By default USB is turned on with every modern board I've seen anyway..
