usb and sp2

Hello,

I have installed SP2 for Windows XP. After that, I found out that I can not
transfer any file to my mp3 player via usb. When I copy a file to the
device, it will tell me it is transferring, but never finish. After few
minutes, I unplug the player, and no file is in the player. Then Windows
tells me the transfer is failed.

I try on my other machine which has not installed SP2 yet, and it works
fine. Can anyone tell me if SP2 block usb or something like that? How can I
solve it?
