URL's that are Blocked in Internet Explorer

When I fire up my computer, I get a message in the lower right hand corner
that a certain URL is consistantly being blocked for some reason by the
Anti-Spyware software. Other URL's are allowed. I don't know how to delete
this blocked URL so that this message doesn't appear in the future.

Please help me because this is annoying.

What is the exact error message?

What is the blocked URL?
