URLs in pop up??

I'd like use a mouseover to trigger a popup with URLs. For example mouseover
a picture of food and a pop up provides links to restaurants. The Stock
popup does convert the tags to links.

Can I use a Java script? Or is there a better solution?

All this is is an addin for frontpage that allows setting up pop-up windows
easier. You just create a normal web page, then on the page you want to
link it from, you go through the 'wizard' to make the popup box - from the
right click context menu or from insert menu ("Spawn" will be on the insert
menu, anyway).
