URL does not function

I am a beginner user, and I have allowed an upgrade from microsoft to 7.0 on
my Outlook Express.
Now when I receive Emails, the URL's do not work.
Has anyone run into this problem, and if so what is the solution?

Try this:

Close OE, then type the following into Start>Run:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Please note the space between the 2 and u.

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...'.

Try the URLs again then.
