URGENT - There is an error in XML document (2570, 21)

I need to send this campaing ASAP - but now BCM is not letting me save it.

There is an error in XML document (2570, 21)

is a message is what I get when I try to sage a BCM campaing. Also the
letter that I composed - took me one hour - is not to be found anywhere!

What is wrong with BMC and how can I repair - also is there a drafts folder
or someplace else where the letter is stored?

I'm having the same problem when trying to do a marketing campaign, it says
error unable to load xml document and also unable to review recipients. Also
is there anyway you can change the account this is sent from as it doesn't
give you the option?

There are SO MANY bugs with this upgrade from xp2002 it's ridiculous and
trying to find a solution is even harder. I wish I'd stuck with the old
version!

XML document (2570, 21)

That's probably the line and column numbers where the error occurs.

It may be some character, like '<' or '>', in one of the fields that's
getting confused for an XML symbol.

It shouldn't happen. All fields should have special characters
'escaped' to avoid these errors. Send the XML file to Microsoft
support and they'll file a bug with the BCM developers.

Thanks Luther - where do I send it to? It doesn't give me the error
reporting screen so is there an email to send it to?

Hmmmm, good question. If you don't have an email address at Microsoft
support, you can check your sent items folder. When you registered BCM
during first use, it should have sent an email to an address at the
BCM team. Or you can check the BCM Team Blog for contact information.
