Urgent- Still Installing XP 64 b

Hi,
I'am still installing XP 64 bits of my ACER Travel mat 4400 computer and
during the set up, i have to chose the partitions : * - Partition 1 EISA
Utilities 2000MB
* C : Partition 2 Fat 32 46618 MB or D : Partition 3 Fat 32 46775 MB
what partition do I chose?
Help Urgent!

Your computer uses a 32-bit processor. You need a computer with
a 64-bit processor in order to install a 64-bit version of Windows XP.
